Alison M. Carrizales is a member of the firm's Commercial Finance Group. Her practice focuses on the representation of banks and non-bank financial institutions in structuring, negotiating and documenting a broad range of commercial finance transactions, including first and second lien credit facilities, asset-based loans, acquisition and working capital financings, recapitalizations, refinancings and other complex financial transactions. She has experience representing corporate borrowers and leading private equity sponsors in a variety of financing transactions. She has also worked on various pro bono matters, with a focus on immigration and refugee issues. Alison earned her J.D. from Cornell Law School and her B.A. from University of Michigan.
Kevan W. Ventura is a member of the firm's Real Estate Group. He has a broad practice encompassing the financing, acquisition, disposition, and leasing of commercial real estate, including office, retail, industrial, apartment, hospitality and senior housing properties. His primary focus is assisting institutional lenders in negotiating, documenting closing and servicing real estate financing transactions across the United States. Kevan earned his J.D., cum laude, from University of Michigan and his B.S., cum laude, from Wayne State University.
Jenna A. Ward is a member of the firm's Commercial Finance Group. She represents banks and credit funds in structuring, negotiating, documenting and closing financing transactions, including asset-based secured loans, cash flow loans, first and second lien credit facilities, leveraged buyouts and debtor-in-possession financings across a broad array of industries. She is the recipient of the Best Lawyers 2021 "Ones to Watch" Award and earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and her B.A., magna cum laude, from Miami University.
