Overview

Alison Carrizales is a Principal in the firm's Commercial Finance Group. She represents banks and non-bank financial institutions in structuring, negotiating and documenting a broad range of commercial finance transactions, including first and second lien credit facilities, asset-based loans, acquisition and working capital financings, recapitalizations, refinancings and other complex financial transactions. She also has experience representing corporate borrowers and leading private equity sponsors in a variety of financing transactions.

Alison has also worked on various pro bono matters, with a focus on immigration and refugee issues.

In April 2022 she was honored with the Secured Finance Network's Women in Secured Finance Award, which recognizes women who have had a significant impact on the industry’s future.

Alison joined Goldberg Kohn in June 2017 and is a member of the firm's Diversity, Recruiting and Pro Bono committees. Previously, she was a Banking and Finance associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP.
