Representative Matters

  • Represented multiple debt funds in the floating rate financing of apartment, retail, office and industrial projects across the country, including warehouse, repossession and “CLO” placement post-closing. 
  • Represented multiple institutional lenders in the financing of numerous franchise and boutique hotel products across the country, including associated franchise, management and licensing issues. 
  • Represented multiple regional and national banks in the agented multi-lender construction financing of various projects and asset types across the country, including  a multi-phase senior housing project in Arizona, an apartment portfolio in the metro Atlanta area and a mixed-use apartment/retail project in Chicago’s Lakeview neighborhood. 
  • Represented a healthcare lender in the first mortgage acquisition financing of a portfolio of 10 skilled nursing facilities, including negotiation of intercreditor agreements with the mezzanine lender and accounts receivable lender. 
  • Represented an institutional lender in the multi-lender development financing of a full-service theme park in Orlando, Florida.  
  • Represented a healthcare lender in making senior mortgage loans and working capital revolving loans to privately owned entities that lease their skilled nursing facilities to public entities, including negotiation of security and related agreements with the public entities.
