Laura Jakubowski, Goldberg Kohn's Director of Knowledge Management and Innovation, has been elected to The Secured Finance Network's Executive Committee where she will serve as Chair of the Advocacy Committee.
Laura will play an essential role in SFNet’s governance process and in shaping the future of the organization. As Chair of the Advocacy Committee, she is charged with developing an agenda in line with the organizations’ missions and goals, including representing its members on critical public policy and legal issues that have an impact on the secured finance industry. The Advocacy Committee has led numerous efforts to educate regulators, file briefs and establish cooperative relationships around the globe.

Laura's appointment became effective October 1, 2024.
