Principal Prisca Kim has been selected as one of the Secured Finance Network’s "40 Under 40 Award" recipients for her leadership within and dedication to the structured finance sector.
Established in 2016, SFNet's "40 Under 40 Award" celebrates the achievements of young professionals in the secured finance industry — movers and shakers who exemplify true excellence in their careers.
"The SFNet 40 Under 40 Award recipients reinforce my unwavering faith in the future of our industry," says SFNet Chief Executive Officer Richard Gumbrecht. "The recipients are not only impacting their individual organizations, but many are also highly engaged in SFNet and thus impacting the industry as a whole."
In her "40 Under 40 Award" profile, Prisca describes the best professional advice she has been given. "Find ways to add value. It is a simple concept, but it can make a huge difference in the way you approach your work and the way others perceive you," she says. "This mentality helps you feel like you’re making a meaningful contribution and can lead to more job satisfaction over time.:
Prisca and her fellow "40 Under 40 Award" recipients will be celebrated on June 13, 2024, at a ceremony held at The Plaza hotel in New York City.
Previous Goldberg Kohn "40 Under 40 Award" recipients are: Jeff Dunlop ('20), Seth Good ('17), Sarah Griggs ('22), Danielle Juhle ('18), Chris Marquez ('23) and Joe Zizzo ('21).
