Richard Kohn and Jonathan Cooper, principals in the firm's Commercial Finance Group, will be giving a presentation on Mexican lending and enforcement issues at the Commercial Finance Association's (CFA) Spring Connections Conference to be held March 11-13, 2009, in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
The presentation will focus on strategies to strengthen existing collateral packages by augmenting them with liens on Mexican assets, as well as how to effectively enforce such liens.
The CFA Spring Connections Conference brings together senior-level lenders from the asset-based lending and factoring industries.
