Steve Legatzke, a principal in the firm's Corporate & Tax group, will present at "Impact Of Tax Reform On Secured Lending," a Commercial Finance Association webinar.
Presented February 13, 2018, the webinar will provide an overview of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act with emphasis on how it may affect lenders and their borrowers. Topics that will be addressed include the tax treatment for “Pass Thru entities” (S-Corps and sole proprietorships), the Limit on Interest Deductibility and the new treatment of NOLs.
