William H. Cowell has joined Goldberg Kohn as an Associate in the Commercial Finance Practice Group. He represents banks, finance companies and other financial institutions in structuring, documenting and negotiating a broad range of complex commercial finance transactions.
Before joining Goldberg Kohn, Will was internal counsel for SunVest Solar, a renewable energy developer. He began his career in the Global Finance group at Sidley Austin, where he represented lenders, corporate borrowers, private equity sponsors and portfolio companies.
Will earned his J.D. cum laude from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2020.
