Yasamin Kaye, an associate in the firm's Bankruptcy & Creditors' Rights Group, will be the moderator and a panelist for "Out of Court Workouts in the COVID Era," a presentation for the ABA's CARES/COVID-19 CLE Webinar Series.
From 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. on Tuesday, August 11, 2020, Yasamin, Jonathan Aberman of Dykema Gossett PLLC and Dan Dooley of Morris Anderson will discuss the impact COVID is having on the negotiations between lenders and companies with respect to defaulted loans. They will also cover any trends that they have identified.

Yasamin Kaye is an Associate in the firm's Bankruptcy & Creditors' Rights Group concentrating on financial restructuring, bankruptcy, general commercial litigation and distressed real estate foreclosures.
