The ABI Commission has been formed to study and propose reforms to Chapter 11 that it believes will better balance the goals of effectuating the effective reorganization of business debtors and the maximization and realization of asset values for all creditors and stakeholders. As part of its project, the ABI Commission is holding field hearings around the country to gather additional information, experience and ideas from trade associations like the CFA.
On behalf of the CFA, Goldberg Kohn participated in the preparation of written testimony regarding the proposed study of various issues that are of particular concern for secured creditors.
