On August 13, 2018, the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California entered a decision granting Abbott Laboratories summary judgment on all claims of employment discrimination in the case of Shaw v. Abbot Laboratories, including claims of disability discrimination and retaliation. Attorneys in Goldberg Kohn's Labor & Employment and Litigation Groups defended Abbott Laboratories in the case.
