Daniel Mozley is an Associate in Goldberg Kohn's Litigation practice. He represents public and private companies in a wide variety of complex commercial litigation and disputes in federal and state courts across the country at both the trial and appellate levels. His primary focus is high-stakes commercial litigation, particularly involving class action defense and business-to-business disputes, but he also has experience handling government enforcement actions and antitrust matters.

Dan is experienced in all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, taking and defending depositions, developing and implementing discovery plans, and handling day-to-day case management.

Prior to joining Goldberg Kohn in August 2025, Dan was an Associate in the Litigation practice group at Latham &amp; Watkins.
