Sean Magill, Isabella Dexter and Michael Morris have joined Goldberg Kohn as associates in the Commercial Finance Group, and Daniel Mozley as an associate in the firm's Litigation Group.

Sean Magill represents banks, finance companies and other financial institutions in structuring, documenting and negotiating a broad range of complex commercial finance transactions. Previously, he was an Associate in the Debt Finance and Transactional practice groups at Kirkland & Ellis. Sean earned his J.D. cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School in 2020.

Isabella Dexter represents banks, finance companies and other financial institutions in structuring, documenting and negotiating a broad range of complex commercial finance transactions. Previously, she was an Associate in the Debt Finance practice at Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Isabella earned her J.D. magma cum laude, from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law in 2023.

Michael Morris represents banks, finance companies and other financial institutions in structuring, documenting and negotiating a broad range of complex commercial finance transactions. Previously, he served as a Law Clerk for Judge Brian Fenimore of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Missouri for two years. Michael earned his J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law in 2023.

Daniel Mozley represents public and private companies in a wide variety of complex commercial litigation and disputes in federal and state courts across the country at both the trial and appellate levels. His primary focus is high-stakes commercial litigation, particularly involving class action defense and business-to-business disputes, but he also has experience handling government enforcement actions and antitrust matters. Prior to joining Goldberg Kohn, Dan was an Associate in the Litigation practice group at Latham & Watkins. He earned his J.D. from The University of Chicago in 2023.
