Isabella Dexter

Overview

Isabella Dexter is an Associate in Goldberg Kohn's Commercial Finance Practice Group. She represents banks, finance companies and other financial institutions in structuring, documenting and negotiating a broad range of complex commercial finance transactions.

Isabella joined the firm in September 2025. Previously, she was an Associate in the Debt Finance practice at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where she was engaged in drafting and reviewing financing documents, security agreements and credit agreements, negotiating agreements and amendments, and managing corporate governance matters and opinion diligence.
