Goldberg Kohn advised CIT Northbridge in connection with a $60 million asset-based revolver to Certified Origins, Inc. CIT Northbridge served as the sole lender on the transaction, which closed in October 2026. The Goldberg Kohn team was led by Commercial Finance Principal Jenna Ward and included Principal Danielle Juhle and Associate Isabella Dexter.

The financing, which includes availability against in-transit inventory, gives Certified Origins, an Italian food producer, additional asset-based liquidity into its operations as it expands its business into North America.

Neal Legan, Senior Managing Director at CIT Northbridge, said: "We are pleased to extend this recent financing, which provides Certified Origins with additional flexibility to pursue its strategic growth objectives."

CIT Northbridge is a trusted financial partner supporting middle-market companies with a broad range of flexible asset-based debt solutions. A joint venture advised by First Citizens Institutional Asset Management, it provides revolving and term loan commitments from $15 million to $150 million to companies across various industries and business cycles, and serves primarily as sole lender, agent, club participant or co-lender.

“We have worked with the CIT Northbridge team for many years, and it is always a pleasure to advise them in a successful financing that enables a company to pursue its growth objectives,” said Jenna Ward.
