Michael Morris

Overview

Michael Morris is an Associate in Goldberg Kohn's Commercial Finance Practice Group. He represents banks, finance companies and other financial institutions in structuring, documenting and negotiating a broad range of complex commercial finance transactions.

Michael joined the firm in September 2025. Previously, he served as a Law Clerk for Judge Brian Fenimore of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Missouri for two years. During law school, he served as a Judicial Intern to Judge Bonnie Clair of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.
