Overview
Erika L. Takase is an Associate in the firm's Commercial Finance Group. She represents banks and other financial institutions primarily engaged in middle market lending activities in documenting, negotiating and performing due diligence for asset-based and cash-flow commercial finance transactions. She also has experience in complex real estate transactions and lenders' ability to recover debt secured by real property collateral.
Erika joined Goldberg Kohn in October 2023 after graduating from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law. While in law school she held a commercial real estate summer associate position with an international law firm. She was also a housing legal intern at Mobilization for Justice, which offers free legal assistance to low-income New Yorkers throughout New York City.
