Justin Morgan Joins Goldberg Kohn As an Associate in the Commercial Finance Group
Overview
Justin Morgan is an Associate in the firm's Commercial Finance Group. He represents banks and non-bank financial institutions in structuring, negotiating, documenting and closing commercial finance transactions. He is experienced in handling secured asset-based and cash-flow loans, leveraged acquisition financings, loan assignments, refinancings and recapitalizations, primarily in the middle market.
Justin's practice involves a wide variety of industries and sectors, including manufacturing, technology, business services, healthcare, logistics, energy and transportation. Justin regularly works on cross-border and multi-currency lending transactions.
In addition, Justin represents lenders in connection with loan workouts and restructurings, including debtor-in-possession financings and exit loan facilities.
Experience
- Represented administrative agent in $75 million senior secured financing to franchisor in the transportation industry with primary operations in the United States and the United Kingdom.
- Represented administrative agent in connection with amendment and restatement of $790 million syndicated credit facility for a pharmaceutical distributor.
- Represented administrative agent in providing $575 million in syndicated debtor-in-possession and exit financing to an inland shipping firm in connection with its pre-packaged Chapter 11 restructuring.
- Represented administrative agent in connection with $52 million revolver and term loan facility for a technology consulting company.
- Represented administrative agent in connection with $50 million revolving credit facility for a public technology manufacturing company.
