Overview
Rachel Chiss is Of Counsel in the firm's Commercial Finance Group. She represents lending institutions in structuring, documenting and negotiating asset-based and cash-flow commercial finance transactions providing for acquisition, working capital, second lien, split lien and cross-border financing across a wide range of industries.
Rachel joined Goldberg Kohn in September 2000 upon earning her law degree from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law. While in law school, she was a Legal Extern for the Hon. George M. Marovich of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. She was also a Note & Comment editor for the Journal of Criminal Law & Criminology.
