Justin Morgan is an Associate in the firm's Commercial Finance Group. He represents banks and non-bank financial institutions in structuring, negotiating, documenting and closing commercial finance transactions. He is experienced in handling secured asset-based and cash-flow loans, leveraged acquisition financings, loan assignments, refinancings and recapitalizations, primarily in the middle market.

Justin's practice involves a wide variety of industries and sectors, including manufacturing, technology, business services, healthcare, logistics, energy and transportation. Justin regularly works on cross-border and multi-currency lending transactions.

In addition, Justin represents lenders in connection with loan workouts and restructurings, including debtor-in-possession financings and exit loan facilities.&nbsp;

Justin joined Goldberg Kohn in November 2019 and is a member of the firm's Innovation and Associate Business Development committees.

Following law school, Justin served as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Barbara J. Houser (Ret.) of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas. While attending Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, he served as Editor-in-Chief of the <em>Northwestern Journal of Technology and Intellectual Property</em>. He also served as a judicial extern to the Hon. Eugene R. Wedoff (Ret.) of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
