
Keith Radner is a principal in the firm's Commercial Finance Group. His practice concentrates on the representation of lenders in connection with the negotiation, documentation and closing of a broad range of financing transactions. His experience includes asset-based secured loans, leveraged buy-out transactions, multi-bank facilities, mezzanine financings, and loan restructurings and workouts. Mr. Radner also has experience working on cross-border transactions, primarily involving Europe and North America.
Prior to his legal career, Mr. Radner worked in a large Midwestern bank in various positions, including loan review officer, private banking officer and commercial credit analyst. Mr. Radner is admitted to practice in Illinois and in the United States District Court, Northern District of Illinois. He received his law degree, magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, in 1996 from the University of Illinois, where he was an associate editor of the University of Illinois Law Review. He received his B.A. in economics in 1990 from the University of Michigan.
