Keith Radner is a Principal in the firm's Commercial Finance Group. He represents lenders in the negotiation, documentation and closing of a broad range of financing transactions. He is experienced in handling asset-based secured loans, leveraged buy-out transactions, multi-bank facilities and mezzanine financings, as well as loan restructurings and workouts.

Mr. Radner also has experience working on cross-border transactions, primarily involving Europe and North America.

Mr. Radner joined Goldberg Kohn in October 1999 after working for several years as an associate with an international law firm. Prior to his legal career, he worked at a large Midwestern bank in various positions, including as a commercial loan review officer, private banking officer and commercial credit analyst. 

He received his law degree, magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, from the University of Illinois in 1996, where he was an associate editor of the University of Illinois Law Review. He received his B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan in 1990.

Mr. Radner is admitted to practice in Illinois and before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
