Kyle Bessette is an Associate in the firm's Commercial Finance Group. He represents banks and other financial institutions primarily engaged in middle market lending activities in documenting, negotiating and performing due diligence for asset-based and cash-flow commercial finance transactions. He is also experienced in corporate transactional and private equity matters.

Prior to joining Goldberg Kohn in November 2022, Kyle was an associate in the private equity practice group of a global law firm where he drafted agreements, leases and other main transaction documents for private equity platform acquisitions and add-ons ranging from $1 million to $255 million in aggregate value. He also assisted in a variety of company sales transactions ranging from $360 million to $820 million in aggregate value, and advised clients with respect to various equity issuances, lease assignments and letters of intent negotiations.
