
Rachel Chiss is Of Counsel in the firm's Commercial Finance Group. She represents lending institutions in structuring, documenting and negotiating asset-based and cash-flow commercial finance transactions providing for acquisition, working capital, second lien, split lien and cross-border financing across a wide range of industries.
Ms. Chiss joined Goldberg Kohn in September 2000. She received her law degree from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law in 2000, where she was a Note & Comment editor for the Journal of Criminal Law & Criminology. While in law school she was a Legal Extern for the Hon. George M. Marovich of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. She earned her B.A. in Political Science, with honors, from Washington University in 1996.
Ms. Chiss is admitted to practice in Illinois.
