Maya Foster is an associate in the firm’s Commercial Finance Group. Ms. Foster represents banks, finance companies and other financial institutions in structuring, documenting and negotiating a broad range of commercial finance transactions, including acquisition finance transactions, first lien and second lien credit facilities, refinancings, and other complex financial transactions, as well as workouts and restructurings.
Ms. Foster is admitted to practice in Illinois. She received her law degree from the University of Chicago Law School in 2017. She received her B.S. in Communication and Rhetorical Studies with a double minor in Sport Management and Music Industry from Syracuse University, summa cum laude, in 2013.
