On May 12, 2015, Goldberg Kohn is presenting an Advanced Cross-Border Lending Workshop focused on structuring and winning cross-border deals in today's highly competitive cash flow and asset based lending markets.
Led by Goldberg Kohn's international lending team members, Jonathan Cooper, Dimitri Karcazes, Richard Kohn and William Starshak, the workshop will address the following topics:
- Current market issues in cross-border lending, including scalability and centralization
- Structuring cross-border loans
- Cross-border syndication issues
- Being proactive about cross-border insolvency and workout risks
- Techniques for winning cross-border deals
The workshop will take place from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. in Goldberg Kohn's offices at 55 East Monroe St.
