Jenna Ward has joined Goldberg Kohn as an Associate in the firm's Commercial Finance Group. She represents banks and credit funds in structuring, negotiating, documenting and closing financing transactions, including asset-based secured loans, cash flow loans, first and second lien credit facilities, leveraged buyouts and debtor-in-possession financings across a broad array of industries.
Previously, she was an attorney at Kirkland & Ellis LLP where she represented debtors and creditors in complex restructuring matters, including Chapter 11 cases, cross-border insolvency matters and out-of-court restructurings.
Ms. Ward received her law degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Illinois College of Law in 2013, and her B.A. in Political Science and Government, magna cum laude, from Miami University in 2010. She is admitted to practice in Illinois and New York.
