Matthew Hohman has joined Goldberg Kohn as an Associate in the Real Estate Group. He represents lenders in connection with the negotiation, documentation and closing of various real estate financing transactions. In addition, he represents clients in connection with the acquisition, disposition and leasing of real estate.
Before joining Goldberg Kohn, Matt was an associate in the Real Estate and Development practice group at Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP. While in law school, he served as a Legal Extern to The Hon. Patrick F. Fischer of The Supreme Court of Ohio.
Matt earned his J.D. cum laude from the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2023.
