Meredith Kirshenbaum, an associate in the firm's Labor & Employment and Litigation groups, is quoted in "Outlook 2018: Trump Appointees Usher In New Era at Labor Board," published in the Jan. 4, 2018, edition of Bloomberg Law. The article discusses President Trump's appointees controlling the National Labor Relations Board and the new changes that may be to come.

Kirshenbaum stated that she's prepared for "marked change" in board decisions in the coming future. Kirshenbaum also stated that employers were often left "between a rock and hard place" after the board's decision on unlawful handbook provisions left many employers unsure what to do.
