Poonam Agrawal has joined Goldberg Kohn as an Associate in the Commercial Finance Group. She represents banks, finance companies and other financial institutions in structuring, documenting and negotiating a broad range of complex commercial finance transactions.
Before joining Goldberg Kohn, Poonam began her career in the Finance group at Vinson & Elkins, where she represented commercial borrowers, lenders, and private equity sponsors in secured and unsecured financings, refinancing transactions, acquisition financings, working capital facilities, broadly syndicated transactions and other complex financial transactions.
Poonam earned her J.D. with honors from the University of Texas School of Law of Law in 2024.
