On March 31, 2014 the U.S. District Court of Massachusetts entered a decision granting Abbott Laboratories summary judgment on claims of national origin and race discrimination and retaliation in the case of Nazarian v. Abbott Laboratories. David Morrison, Meredith Kirshenbaum and Beata Brewster, attorneys in Goldberg Kohn's Labor & Employment and Litigation Groups, defended Abbott Laboratories in the case.
