Goldberg Kohn Named One of the 100 Best Places to Work in Chicago by Crain's Chicago Business
Goldberg Kohn is pleased to announce that our law firm has been selected by Crain's Chicago Business as one of the 100 Best Places to Work in Chicago. Goldberg Kohn is one of only five law firms included on the list.
"This award is undoubtedly a huge honor for the firm, but it's really a recognition of something that we all already know. Goldberg Kohn is a fantastic place to work – and that's primarily because of the great people that make it up," said Jenna Ward, Vice Chair of the firm's Administrative Committee.
"Today a few of us attended a luncheon to honor the award winners and the overarching theme of the event was that what makes a place great to work doesn’t have anything to do with revenues or salaries, but rather the relationships and interactions employees have with their colleagues. Our firm culture is truly one of a kind in that way, and one that has been intentionally cultivated over decades by the attorneys and staff who we work with today and those who came before us."
The “Crain's Chicago Business Best Places to Work" program was a survey competition to determine which participants are the best employers in the Chicago area. The process was managed by Best Companies Group, which conducted the surveys, analyzed the data and determined the winners and rankings.
Goldberg Kohn was selected based on the firm's response to the employer survey, which asked about firm policies, practices, benefits and demographics, and our collective responses to the employee engagement and satisfaction survey.
The winners were announced at a ceremony held on September 13, 2023, at the Intercontinental Hotel, and are featured in the current edition of Crain's Chicago Business.
