Overview

Carmina Franchesca Del Mundo is an Associate in the firm's Commercial Finance Group. She represents banks, finance companies and other financial institutions in a variety of asset based and cash flow commercial finance transactions involving borrowers in a wide-range of industries, including manufacturing, business services, retail, technology, software, healthcare and foodservice.

She is experienced in documenting, negotiating and performing due diligence for secured asset based and cash flow loan transactions, refinancing transactions, acquisition finance transactions, split-lien transactions, working capital facilities, second-lien financings, mezzanine financings, broadly syndicated transactions and other complex financial transactions.

Experience

  • Represented administrative agent and lenders in providing a $200 million term loan facility, $15 million delayed draw term loan facility and $5 million revolving loan facility in connection with an acquisition financing of fast food restaurant franchises in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
  • Represented administrative agent and lenders in a refinancing transaction to provide a $160 million term loan facility, $27 million delayed draw term loan facility and $10 million revolving loan facility to a supplier of parts for industrial, agricultural and construction equipment in Canada and the United States.
  • Represented administrative agent and lenders in providing a $125 million term loan facility and $25 million revolving loan facility in connection with the acquisition financing of a manufacturer and supplier of industrial wire, cable and related accessories.
  • Represented administrative agent and lenders in providing a $105 million term loan facility, $30 million delayed draw term loan facility and $15 million revolving loan facility in connection with an acquisition financing of a court reporting technology and services company.
  • Represented administrative agent and asset-based lenders in providing a $45 million revolving loan facility to a designer and manufacturer of wood framing materials in the construction industry, as part of a split lien financing totaling $90 million.
  • Represented administrative agent and lenders in providing a $75 million term loan facility and $7 million revolving loan facility in connection with an acquisition financing of a convenience store management and customer service company.
  • Represented administrative agent and asset-based lenders in providing a $52 million revolving loan facility to a commercial airline catering company.
  • Represented administrative agent and lenders in a refinancing transaction to provide a $40 million term loan facility and $5 million revolving loan facility to a mental health care therapy, counseling and coaching services provider.
  • Represented administrative agent and lenders in providing a $40 million term loan facility, $25 million delayed draw term loan facility, and a $6 million revolving loan facility with the acquisition financing of a provider of physical therapy management services, rehabilitation specific recruiting and staffing, and outpatient physical and occupational therapy services.
  • Represented administrative agent and term loan lender as part of a $16 million split lien acquisition financing to, and equity investment in, a provider of general private aviation services and fixed base operations.
