Overview

Kristoffer Gredsted is an Associate in the firm’s Commercial Finance Group. He represents banks, finance companies and other financial institutions primarily engaged in middle market lending activities in structuring, documenting and negotiating a broad range of commercial finance transactions.

Kristoffer joined Goldberg Kohn in April 2021 and is a member of the firm's Associate Business Development Committee. Previously he was an Associate in the Chicago office of a global law firm where he gained experience advising lenders and borrowers in a broad range of domestic and international secured and unsecured debt transactions. He also practiced law with a large firm in Denmark where he gained experience representing financial institutions and governments in consumer and corporate bankruptcy proceedings.

Experience

  • Represented a private lender as administrative agent in a $220 million term loan and revolving facility in connection with an acquisition financing.
  • Represented a bank as administrative agent in providing $35 million asset-based, multi-currency revolving loan facility to affiliated U.S. and U.K. borrowers as part of a split-lien financing.
  • Represented a private lender as administrative agent in a $145 million term loan and revolving facility in connection with an acquisition financing.
