William H. Cowell is an Associate in Goldberg Kohn's Commercial Finance Practice Group. He represents banks, finance companies and other financial institutions in structuring, documenting and negotiating a broad range of complex commercial finance transactions.

Will joined Goldberg Kohn in September 2025. He began his career in the Global Finance group at Sidley Austin, where he represented lenders, corporate borrowers, private equity sponsors and portfolio companies. Before joining Goldberg Kohn, Will was internal counsel for SunVest Solar, a renewable energy developer.
