  • Represented the production company of a popular home & garden television show in negotiating trademark portfolio issues and television show contracts.
  • Represented animation studios and film production companies in general corporate matters, including structuring corporate entities and negotiating contracts.
  • Handled intellectual property issues for a televised shopping service that broadcasts live retail programming.
  • Negotiated and documented agreements for the production and airing of health and fitness segments within nationally broadcast morning programming.


  • Represented a broadcasting company that transmits traffic, news, sports and weather to radio stations nationwide in various employment issues. Also handled other radio-related employment matters, including contract negotiation on behalf of a disc jockey.

  • Represented a global newspaper publisher in all aspects of union-management and employment matters.
  • Handled false advertising and trade libel litigation matters for a publisher of several national trade journals.
  • Extensive work with a national magazine, including general counseling, contract review, M&A, trademark litigation and counseling, and business structure review in anticipation of domestic and foreign planned expansions.


  • Counseled numerous manufacturers and distributors on a wide variety of issues relating to advertising. Negotiated production contracts and media purchases for television advertising, including national and spot advertisement placement and infomercials. Also assist with due diligence, quality assurance, and advertising substantiation.
  • Litigated matters for a global provider of advertising and communication services that deals directly with radio, newspapers, magazines, direct mail and the Internet; and other ancillary services such as specialty advertising, public relations, promotional services, directory advertising, marketing services and interactive digital media development. Also have experience working with smaller-scale advertising agencies.
  • Negotiated right of publicity licenses, talent agreements and model releases for talent, advertisers and advertising agencies.
