Kristoffer Gredsted is an associate in the firm’s Commercial Finance Group. Mr. Gredsted represents banks, finance companies, and other financial institutions in structuring, documenting and negotiating a broad range of commercial finance transactions.

Prior to joining Goldberg Kohn, Mr. Gredsted worked at a global law firm in Illinois and a large law firm in Denmark where he gained experience advising lenders and borrowers in a broad range of domestic and international secured and unsecured debt transactions, and representing financial institutions and governments in consumer and corporate bankruptcy proceedings. This unique depth of experience drives Mr. Gredsted to offer valuable and creative solutions to clients.  Mr. Gredsted earned his J.D. in 2017 and LL.M. in 2014 from The University of Chicago Law School in Chicago, Illinois and completed his Candidatus Juris from the University of Copenhagen in Copenhagen, Denmark in 2013.

While in law school, Mr. Gredsted was a research assistant for the International Human Rights Clinic, served as a Vis Moot arbitration coach, and was a member of The University of Chicago Law School Musical. Mr. Gredsted is multilingual in Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, English, and conversational Spanish.
