Anne Marie Pisano is a Principal in the firm's Commercial Finance Group, with more than 20 years of experience representing banks and other commercial lenders in documenting, negotiating and closing asset-based and cash flow loans, including bilateral and syndicated credit facilities, workouts and restructurings, and working capital and acquisition financings. Anne Marie has documented and closed a wide range of credit facilities, including financing of privately held, sponsor-backed and public companies, with facility sizes ranging from $15 million to $400 million and involving borrowers across a broad spectrum of industries and sectors. She also represents minority lenders in broadly syndicated, large market multibillion-dollar credit facilities.

In addition, Anne Marie has frequently handled transactions with split-lien, multi-lien and unitranche structures, and she regularly works on cross-border lending transactions involving such countries as Canada, Mexico, the UK, Ireland and the Netherlands.


  • Represented administrative agent in connection with $400 million asset-based, revolving loan facility to U.S. Borrowers guaranteed by subsidiaries in Canada, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Colombia and Peru as part of a split-lien financing totaling $600 million.
  • Represented administrative agent in providing $42 million cash-flow credit facility to finance two simultaneously closing acquisitions.
  • Represented administrative agent in providing $37 million asset-based revolving credit facility and cash-flow term loan facilities to finance acquisition by an equity sponsor of Borrowers organized under the laws of the United States and Canada.
