Goldberg Kohn Southside Recycling Case Featured in “Judge: Chicago’s Bow to Activists, Imperling General Iron Permit, Not ‘Final Decision,’ So Not Yet Illegal Taking”
Harleen Kaur is a member of Goldberg Kohn's Litigation Group and Counsel with the firm. She represents clients in complex commercial litigation, including false claims actions, employment law, and banking and finance matters. She is also experienced in representing clients in real estate, intellectual property and toxic tort disputes. Harleen engages in all aspects of dispute resolution, including mediations, arbitrations, and trials in federal and state court.
Prior to joining Goldberg Kohn in May 2017, Harleen practiced in the Los Angeles offices of Nossman LLP and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where she represented private and public entities in complex commercial and water rights litigation. Previously she served as a law clerk to the Hon. Ferdinand F. Fernandez and as a judicial extern to the Hon. Kim M. Wardlaw, both of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
While attending Loyola Law School Los Angeles, Harleen served as the Chief Articles Editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review and was named to the Order of the Coif.
