
Harleen Kaur is Counsel and a member of Goldberg Kohn's Litigation Group. She represents clients in complex commercial litigation, including false claims actions, employment law, and banking and finance matters. She is also experienced in representing clients in real estate, tax and insurance disputes. Ms. Kaur is engaged in all aspects of dispute resolution, including mediations, arbitrations, and litigation and trials in federal and state court.
Prior to joining Goldberg Kohn in May 2017, Ms. Kaur practiced in the Los Angeles offices of Nossman LLP and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where she represented private and public entities in complex commercial litigation. Previously she served as a law clerk to the Hon. Ferdinand F. Fernandez and as a judicial extern to the Hon. Kim M. Wardlaw, both of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Ms. Kaur earned her J.D. in 2008 from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where she served as the Chief Articles Editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review and was named to the Order of the Coif. She received her B.S. in Marketing (minor Communications), summa cum laude, from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University in 2004.
Ms. Kaur is admitted to practice in California and Illinois.
