On July 25, 2016, Goldberg Kohn attorneys Jon Klinghoffer, Michael Sullivan and Meredith Kirshenbaum will present a workshop entitled, "Developments in Labor Law: What Charter Schools Need to Know."
The three will discuss recent developments in labor law and their impact on charter schools. They will also cover protected employee activities, employee handbooks, and the new FLSA overtime rules.
The workshop will take place from 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Goldberg Kohn's offices at 55 East Monroe St.
